Writes an element with a text content.

Parameters

prefix
Type: System::String^

The prefix of the element.

localName
Type: System.Xml::XmlDictionaryString^

The local name of the element.

namespaceUri
Type: System.Xml::XmlDictionaryString^

The namespace URI of the element.

value
Type: System::String^

The element content.
