Gets a list of the top-level sub-folders of the current folder.

Return Value
Type: System.Threading.Tasks.Task<IEnumerable<ExternalStorageFolder>>Returns a list of ExternalStorageFolder objects that represent the top-level sub-folders of the current folder.
