Result.y = (V1.y != V2.y) ? 0xFFFFFFFF : 0;
Result.z = (V1.z != V2.z) ? 0xFFFFFFFF : 0;
Result.w = (V1.w != V2.w) ? 0xFFFFFFFF : 0;
