Initializes a new instance of the HttpClient class with a specific handler.

Namespace:   System.Net.Http
Assembly:  System.Net.Http (in System.Net.Http.dll)

	HttpMessageHandler handler,
	bool disposeHandler
)

Parameters

handler
Type: System.Net.Http.HttpMessageHandler

The HttpMessageHandler responsible for processing the HTTP response messages.

disposeHandler
Type: System.Boolean

true if the inner handler should be disposed of by Dispose(), false if you intend to reuse the inner handler.
