ICameraUIControl::GetActiveItem method
Gets the active captured item.
Syntax
HRESULT GetActiveItem( [out] BSTR *pbstrActiveItemPath );
Parameters
- pbstrActiveItemPath [out]

Path to the currently active captured item.
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
