AppBar.sticky property

Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the app bar can be light dismissed (hidden when the user touches outside of the app bar).
Syntax
var sticky = appBar.sticky;
appBar.sticky = sticky;
Property value
Type: Boolean
true if the AppBar is sticky and does not support light dismiss; otherwise false.
