WindowsRuntimeBufferExtensions.CopyTo Method (, UInt32, , UInt32, UInt32)
For apps that target Windows Phone OS 7.0 and 7.1, do not use any members of this type in your app. If you do, your code will throw a MethodAccessException. This type is security-critical, which restricts it to internal use by the .NET Framework for Windows Phone class library.

Copies bytes from the source buffer (Windows.Storage.Streams.IBuffer) to the destination buffer, specifying the starting index in the source, the starting index in the destination, and the number of bytes to copy.

Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IBuffer. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
