EventSource::GenerateManifest Method (Type^, String^)

Returns a string of the XML manifest that is associated with the current event source.

Namespace:   System.Diagnostics.Tracing
Assembly:  mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)

	Type^ eventSourceType,
	String^ assemblyPathToIncludeInManifest
)

Parameters

eventSourceType
Type: System::Type^

The type of the event source.

assemblyPathToIncludeInManifest
Type: System::String^

The path to the assembly file (.dll) to include in the provider element of the manifest.

Return Value

Type: System::String^

The XML data string.
