IProxyProviderWinEventSink::AddAutomationPropertyChangedEvent method

Raises a property-changed event.

Syntax


HRESULT AddAutomationPropertyChangedEvent(
  [in] IRawElementProviderSimple *pProvider,
  [in] PROPERTYID                id,
  [in] VARIANT                   newValue
);

Parameters

pProvider [in]

Type: IRawElementProviderSimple*

A pointer to the provider for the element that will raise the event.

id [in]

Type: PROPERTYID

The identifier of the property that is to be changed. For a list of property IDs, see Property Identifiers.

newValue [in]

Type: VARIANT

The new value for the changed property.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
