Inserts an item in the set at the specified index..

Parameters

index
Type: System::Int32

The zero-based index at which item should be inserted.

item
Type: T

The object to insert into the set.

This member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the ImmutableSortedSet<T> instance is cast to an IList<T> interface.
