IRDPSRAPIPerfCounterLoggingManager::CreateLogger method
Creates a new IRDPSRAPIPerfCounterLogger object.

[in] BSTR bstrCounterName,
[out] IRDPSRAPIPerfCounterLogger **ppLogger
);
Parameters
- bstrCounterName [in]

The name of the counter.
- ppLogger [out]

Return value
