NavBar.placement property

[NavBar is no longer available for use as of Windows Library for JavaScript (WinJS) 4.2. Instead, use SplitViewCommand. ]
Gets or sets a value that specifies whether the NavBar appears at the top or bottom of the main view.
Syntax
var placement = navBar.placement;
navBar.placement = placement;
Property value
Type: string
The string "top" or "bottom". The default value is "top".
