WinJS.UI.NavBar constructor

[NavBar is no longer available for use as of Windows Library for JavaScript (WinJS) 4.2. Instead, use SplitViewCommand. ]
Creates a new NavBar.
Syntax
var navBar = new WinJS.UI.NavBar(element, options);
Parameters
- element

Type: Object
The DOM element that will host the new NavBar.
- options

Type: Object
An object that contains one or more property/value pairs to apply to the new control. Each property of the options object corresponds to one of the control's properties or events.
