NavBarCommand.dispose method

[NavBarCommand is no longer available for use as of Windows Library for JavaScript (WinJS) 4.2. Instead, use SplitViewCommand. ]
Releases resources held by this NavBarCommand. Call this method when the NavBarCommand is no longer needed. After calling this method, the NavBarCommand becomes unusable.
Syntax

This method has no parameters.
Return value
This method does not return a value.
