Converts the specified value object to the specified type. Always throws an exception.

Parameters

typeDescriptorContext
Type: System.ComponentModel::ITypeDescriptorContext^

An ITypeDescriptorContext that provides a format context.

cultureInfo
Type: System.Globalization::CultureInfo^

The CultureInfo to use as the current culture.

value
Type: System::Object^

The value to convert.

destinationType
Type: System::Type^

The type to convert the value parameter to.

Return Value

Type: System::Object^

Always throws an exception.
