SortedSet(Of T).SetEquals Method
[ This article is for Windows Phone 8 developers. If you’re developing for Windows 10, see the latest documentation. ]
Determines whether the current SortedSet(Of T) object and the specified collection contain the same elements.
Assembly: System (in System.dll)
Parameters
- other
- Type: System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable(Of T)
The collection to compare to the current SortedSet(Of T) object.
Return Value
Type: System.Booleantrue if the current SortedSet(Of T) object is equal to other; otherwise, false.
Implements
ISet(Of T).SetEquals(IEnumerable(Of T))| Exception | Condition |
|---|---|
| ArgumentNullException | other is Nothing. |
This method ignores the order of elements and any duplicate elements in other.
If the collection represented by other is a SortedSet(Of T) collection with the same equality comparer as the current SortedSet(Of T) object, this method is an O(n) operation. Otherwise, this method is an O(n + m) operation, where n is the number of elements in other and m is Count.
