Namespace:  System
Assembly:  mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)

public override string ToString()

Return Value

Type: System.String
The string representation of this Tuple<T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6> object.

The string returned by this method takes the form (Item1, Item2, Item3, Item4, Item5, Item6), where Item1, Item2, Item3, Item4, Item5, and Item6 represent the values of the Item1, Item2, Item3, Item4, Item5, and Item6 properties, respectively. The following example defines a Tuple<T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6> object that contains population data for New York City for each census from 1960 through 2000. The components of the sextuple are then displayed by a call to the ToString method.
