Counts the number of microsecond boundaries between two nullable dates.

Parameters
- startDate
- Type: System.Nullable(Of DateTime)
The start date for the time period.
- endDate
- Type: System.Nullable(Of DateTime)
The end date for the time period.
Return Value
Type: System.Nullable(Of Int32)When both parameters are not Nothing, returns the number of microsecond boundaries between the two specified dates. When one or both parameters are Nothing, returns a Nothing value.
