context: Type: System.ServiceModel.Channels::BindingContext^
The BindingContext for the factory.

true if the specified channel factory stack can be built on the client; otherwise, false.

TChannel: The type of channel the channel factory produces. Only IRequestChannel, IRequestSessionChannel, and IDuplexSessionChannel are allowed by default.
