D3D10CreateBlob function

Create a buffer.

Note  Instead of using this function, we recommend that you use the D3DCreateBlob API.
 

Syntax


HRESULT D3D10CreateBlob(
  _In_  SIZE_T      NumBytes,
  _Out_ LPD3D10BLOB *ppBuffer
);

Parameters

NumBytes [in]

Type: SIZE_T

Number of bytes in the blob.

ppBuffer [out]

Type: LPD3D10BLOB*

The address of a pointer to the buffer (see ID3D10Blob Interface).

Return value

Type: HRESULT

This method returns one of the following Direct3D 10 Return Codes.
