RFC1766INFO structure
Contains information about a given locale identifier value (LCID), including the corresponding RFC1766-conforming name.

Remarks
A client can retrieve this information for every LCID the system recognizes through calls to the IEnumRfc1766::Next method. Alternatively, this information can be accessed for one LCID at a time through calls to the IMultiLanguage::GetRfc1766Info method.
