XmlDictionaryReader::CreateTextReader Method (array<Byte>^, Int32, Int32, Encoding^, XmlDictionaryReaderQuotas^, OnXmlDictionaryReaderClose^)

 

Creates an instance of XmlDictionaryReader.

Parameters

buffer
Type: array<System::Byte>^

The buffer from which to read.

offset
Type: System::Int32

The starting position from which to read in buffer.

count
Type: System::Int32

The number of bytes that can be read from buffer.

encoding
Type: System.Text::Encoding^

The Encoding object that specifies the encoding properties to apply.

quotas
Type: System.Xml::XmlDictionaryReaderQuotas^

The XmlDictionaryReaderQuotas to apply.

onClose
Type: System.Xml::OnXmlDictionaryReaderClose^

The delegate to be called when the reader is closed.

Return Value

Type: System.Xml::XmlDictionaryReader^

An instance of XmlDictionaryReader.

The reader created is optimized for reading UTF-8 text.
