The quotas that apply to this operation.

| ArgumentNullException | buffer is null. |
| ArgumentOutOfRangeException | offset is less than zero or greater than the buffer length. |
| ArgumentOutOfRangeException | count is less than zero or greater than the buffer length minus the offset. |
