BinaryWriter.Write Method (UInt16)

Writes a two-byte unsigned integer to the current stream and advances the stream position by two bytes.

This API is not CLS-compliant.

Parameters

value
Type: System.UInt16

The two-byte unsigned integer to write.

ExceptionCondition
IOException

An I/O error occurs.

ObjectDisposedException

The stream is closed.

BinaryWriter stores this data type in little endian format.
