Creates a new AudioVideoCaptureDevice object for capturing video (without audio).

Parameters

sensor

Type: CameraType

The location of the camera on the phone (front or back).

initialResolution

Type: Size

The initial capture resolution.

Return value

Type: IAsyncOperation<AudioVideoCaptureDevice>

The new AudioVideoCaptureDevice object.

Remarks

The initial preview resolution is selected automatically and optimized for the resolution of the phone that is running your app. It maintains the same aspect ratio as the initial capture resolution.
