Sort Columns Dialog Box

The Sort Columns dialog box determines how information is organized and displayed in the parent window through which the dialog box is invoked.

You can use the Sort Columns dialog box to choose columns, specify the order in which columns are displayed, and then define how the columns chosen are sorted.

• Sort Columns
  Lists the columns that will be sorted in the parent dialog box.

• All Columns
  Lists the columns that can be sorted in the parent dialog box.

• Add
  Moves the selected item from the All Columnslist to the Sort Columns list.

• Move Up
  Moves the selected item up in the sort order.

• Move Down
  Moves the selected item down in the sort order.

• Remove
  Removes the selected item from the list of columns to be sorted.

• Ascending
  Specifies that items in the selected column will be sorted in ascending order.

• Descending
  Specifies that items in the selected column will be sorted in descending order.
