Gets a value that indicates whether the TextModifier supports FlowDirection for the current scope of text.

true if TextModifier supports FlowDirection for the current scope of text; otherwise, false.
Remarks
When the return value is true, TextFormatter uses the FlowDirection property to determine the direction of content flow for the current scope of text.
