Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the cell is selected.

true if the cell is selected; otherwise, false. The registered default is false. For more information about what can influence the value, see DependencyProperty.
Remarks
The Selected event occurs when the IsSelected property is set to true.
The Unselected event occurs when the IsSelected property is set to false.
