StatisticFormula.Correlation(String, String) Method

Definition

The correlation formula shows the strength of the relationship that exists between two random variables.

Parameters

firstInputSeriesName
String

Name of the Series object that stores the first group's data.

secondInputSeriesName
String

Name of the Series object that stores the second group's data.

Returns

Correlation value between the two groups of data.

Remarks

The method throws an exception if the input series do not have the same number of data points.
