IcmpV4Statistics.MessagesReceived Property

Gets the number of Internet Control Message Protocol messages that were received.

Property Value

Type: System.Int64
An Int64 value that specifies the total number of ICMPv4 messages that were received.

ICMPv4 messages are sent to communicate errors and information about packets that were sent using the Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4).

The following example displays the value of this property.
