IPAddress.AddressFamily Property

Gets the address family of the IP address.

Namespace:  System.Net
Assembly:  System (in System.dll)

public AddressFamily AddressFamily { get; }

Property Value

Type: System.Net.Sockets.AddressFamily
Returns InterNetwork for IPv4 or InterNetworkV6 for IPv6.
