Gets the cookie handler that is used to read, write, and delete session cookies.

Remarks
The CookieHandler property is initialized by the InitializePropertiesFromConfiguration method. This method initializes the property based on the cookie handler specified on the FederationConfiguration object that is set on the FederatedAuthentication.FederationConfiguration property. You can set the cookie handler in a configuration file through the <cookieHandler> element.
