IDesignerHost.TransactionClosed Event

Adds an event handler for the TransactionClosed event.

[Visual Basic]
Event TransactionClosed As DesignerTransactionCloseEventHandler
event DesignerTransactionCloseEventHandler TransactionClosed;
__event DesignerTransactionCloseEventHandler* TransactionClosed;

[JScript] In JScript, you can handle the events defined by a class, but you cannot define your own.

Event Data

The event handler receives an argument of type DesignerTransactionCloseEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following DesignerTransactionCloseEventArgs property provides information specific to this event.

Property Description
TransactionCommitted Indicates whether the designer called Commit on the transaction.

This event occurs after a transaction is closed.

A transaction can sometimes change multiple values. The transaction methods provide a way to prevent performance and flicker problems by avoiding repetitive processing. These methods defer processing until after the transaction has closed.

Platforms: Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows 2000, Windows XP Home Edition, Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003 family
