A format context that provides information about the environment from which this converter is being invoked.

culture: CultureInfo

Culture specific information.

source: Object

NotSupportedException

source cannot be converted.

ArgumentNullException

context or source is null.

Remarks

The DependencyPropertyConverter class only converts a string to an instance of DependencyProperty.

culture is not used by this implementation.

The context provided is expected to provide services that are required for proper evaluation. These include IAmbientProvider, IXamlTypeResolver, and IXamlSchemaContextProvider.
