Performs a string replacement.

Parameters

• original
  Type: System.String

  The original string

• pattern
  Type: System.String

  The pattern to replace in the original

• replacement
  Type: System.String

  The value to use as the replacement

• ignoreCase
  Type: System.Boolean

  Indicates whether to perform a case-sensitive replacement

Return Value

Type: System.String
The original string with each occurrence of pattern replaced with replacement
