Saml2SecurityToken.CanCreateKeyIdentifierClause<T> Method

Gets a value indicating whether this security token is capable of creating the specified key identifier.

Type Parameters

T

A SecurityKeyIdentifierClause that specifies the key identifier to create.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true when T is of type Saml2AssertionKeyIdentifierClause; otherwise, false.

Use the CanCreateKeyIdentifierClause<T> method to determine if a Saml2SecurityToken security token can create a specific key identifier. To create the key identifier call the CreateKeyIdentifierClause<T>() method.
