Parameters

action
Type: System::String^

The action parameter of the SOAP message that identifies the intent of the message.

direction
Type: System.ServiceModel.Description::MessageDirection

Input if the message is incoming or Output if the message is outgoing.

Exception Condition
ArgumentOutOfRangeException

The direction is neither Input or Output.
