Reads a signed byte from this stream and advances the current position of the stream by one byte.

This API is not CLS-compliant.

Return Value

Type: System::SByte

A signed byte read from the current stream.

Exception Condition
EndOfStreamException

The end of the stream is reached.

ObjectDisposedException

The stream is closed.

IOException

An I/O error occurs.

BinaryReader does not restore the file position after an unsuccessful read.
