Parameters

name
Type: System::String^

The local name of the fault code.

ns
Type: System::String^

The namespace name of the fault code.

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

name or ns is null.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

name is an empty string.

A FaultCode object is used in conjunction with a MessageFault object to fully represent a SOAP fault.
