Converts an object to the specified type. This is intended to return XAML reference names for objects in an object graph.

context: ITypeDescriptorContext

An ITypeDescriptorContext that provides a format context.

culture: CultureInfo

The CultureInfo to use as the current culture.

value: Object

The object to retrieve the reference name for.

destinationType: Type

The type to return. You should always reference the String type.
