Convert::ToChar Method (Int16)

Converts the value of the specified 16-bit signed integer to its equivalent Unicode character.

Parameters

value
Type: System::Int16
The 16-bit signed integer to convert.

Return Value

Type: System::Char
A Unicode character that is equivalent to value.

ExceptionCondition
OverflowException

value is less than Char::MinValue.

The following example converts an array of signed 16-bit integers to Char values.
