This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Parameters

The event description.
- eventSource
-

System.Object

This constructor is used internally by the ASP.NET health-monitoring system. You will never use it to create an instance of WebFailureAuditEvent, but you can call this constructor when implementing your own event type that inherits from this class.
The following code example shows how to call this constructor in the SampleWebFailureAuditEvent class. This code example is part of a larger example provided for the WebFailureAuditEvent class overview.
// Invoked in case of events identified by their event code and // event detailed code. public SampleWebFailureAuditEvent(string msg, object eventSource, int eventCode, int detailedCode): base(msg, eventSource, eventCode, detailedCode) { // Perform custom initialization. customCreatedMsg = string.Format("Event created at: {0}", DateTime.Now.TimeOfDay.ToString()); }
