XmlWriter::WriteEntityRef Method

When overridden in a derived class, writes out an entity reference as &name;.

Parameters

name
Type: System::String
The name of the entity reference.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentException

name is either nullptr or String.Empty.

The following example writes an XML file representing a book.
