XmlQualifiedName Equality Operator

Compares two XmlQualifiedName objects.

An XmlQualifiedName to compare.
b
An XmlQualifiedName to compare.

Parameters [C#, C++]

An XmlQualifiedName to compare.

Return Value

true if the two objects have the same name and namespace values; otherwise false.
