XamlType.IsMarkupExtension Property

Gets a value that indicates whether this XamlType represents a markup extension.

Namespace:  System.Xaml
Assembly:  System.Xaml (in System.Xaml.dll)

public bool IsMarkupExtension { get; }

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if this XamlType represents a markup extension; otherwise, false.

In XAML specification terms, this type must be assignable to x:MarkupExtension in order to return true for IsMarkupExtension.

If you do not use the default internal CLR reflection technique for a XamlType, calls to this property can invoke LookupIsMarkupExtension overrides on XamlType derived classes. For more information about return values and other behavior, see the documentation for LookupIsMarkupExtension on this type.
