.NET Framework (current version)

Gets a value that indicates whether this XamlType represents a constructible type, as per the XAML definition.

Namespace:   System.Xaml
Assembly:  System.Xaml (in System.Xaml.dll)

public bool IsConstructible { get; }

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean

true if this XamlType represents a constructible type; otherwise, false.

This property aligns to the [is default constructible] information item in the [MS-XAML] specification.

If you do not use the default internal CLR reflection technique for a XamlType, calls to this property can invoke LookupIsConstructible overrides on XamlType derived classes. For more information about return values and other behavior, see the documentation for LookupIsConstructible on this type.
