Contains the unconsumed items in the workflow queues associated with this WorkflowQueuingService.

Remarks
When a workflow instance completes or terminates all of the unconsumed items in its workflow queues that are associated with this WorkflowQueuingService are moved to the PendingMessagesProperty.
