When a service that derives from the WorkflowRuntimeService class encounters an exception that it cannot handle, it can call the RaiseServicesExceptionNotHandledEvent method to tell the workflow runtime engine to raise the WorkflowRuntime.ServicesExceptionNotHandled event. The service passes the Guid of the workflow instance and the Exception associated with this event in its call to RaiseServicesExceptionNotHandledEvent. The workflow runtime engine encapsulates these parameters in a and raises the WorkflowRuntime.ServicesExceptionNotHandled event. From inside of a subscriber to the WorkflowRuntime.ServicesExceptionNotHandled event, you can read the WorkflowInstanceId property and the Exception property to get the information associated with a particular WorkflowRuntime.ServicesExceptionNotHandled event.
