You can derive from this class to create a custom version of the workflow loader.
The workflow loader provides a mechanism for developers to generate workflow definitions, and in turn, instances from other XML formats that are not extensible Application Markup Language (XAML). The user is responsible for parsing their unique XML format, generating an activity tree, and providing the root of the activity tree to the workflow runtime for execution.
