Returns a value that indicates whether child activities of the activity associated with the ParallelActivityDesigner can be moved.

moveLocation: HitTestInfo

The HitTestInfo that describes the location to move the activities to.

activitiesToMove: ReadOnlyCollection<Activity>

The Activity read-only collection that contains the activities to move.

true if the activities can be moved from the parent activity; otherwise false.
